We are pleased to announce that GC has acquired all outstanding common stocks of Showa Yakuhin Kako Co., Ltd. from investment funds advised by Unison Capital, Inc. today.

Showa Yakuhin Kako Co., Ltd. is in its 68th year and has established itself as a leading manufacturer of dental pharmaceutical products. The company has the No.1 share in the Japanese market and is especially renowned for its dental local anesthetics and remedies for periodontal diseases.
